Dr. Zayda Chamorro is a board eligible Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Chamorro promotes medical care at its highest possible standard, delivered with empathy and humanism.
Dr. Chamorro is a cum laude graduate of the University of Puerto Rico where she majored in General Chemistry. Dr. Chamorro earned her medical degree with honors from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School in San Juan and completed her residency there in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She found her assignment teaching undergraduate chemistry majors at the University of Puerto Rico extremely rewarding. Her level of curiosity and interest in the care of each patient reflects her lifelong interest in chemistry, and its role in the resolution of medical conditions.
