The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), formerly the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG):

What does FACOG and FACOOG mean?
Members of ACOG and ACOOG are referred to as "Fellows" and their status is denoted as FACOG for "Fellow, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists" and FACOOG for "Fellow, American Congress of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists".

Fellows of ACOG have been certified by and are Diplomates of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
