Dr. Kathleen Kilbride is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society and the Florida Medical Association. She served as initial Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of Tampa in 1984.
Dr. Kilbride is a native of Tampa. She attended Loyola University in New Orleans where she earned a baccalaureate of science in biology in 1977. Returning to Tampa, Dr. Kilbride received her doctor of medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1980 and continued at USF for her internship and residency in OB/GYN. She went into private practice in 1984, first as a solo practitioner, and later with Drs. Trehy, Padilla, and Scerbo. She joined Drs. Yelverton, Lerner, and Fallieras in 1989.
