Meet Dr. Rebecca Schwartzberg, PhD

Rebecca Schwartzberg, PhD

Dr. Rebecca Schwartzberg is a psychologist specializing in women’s mental health. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, a Master’s degree from Boston College, and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Schwartzberg has spent the last 20 years providing therapy in a wide variety of environments including nursing homes, Veteran Administration hospitals, community mental health centers, residential treatment centers, inpatient wards, medical centers and university counseling centers.

Dr. Schwartzberg has always been inspired to help empower all women to be courageous and mindful on their journey to understand life balance and to finally feel fulfillment. She is truly dedicated to helping women with all issues but general examples include the following: Depression (e.g., perinatal, standard), anxiety, trauma, physical health management (e.g., cancer, smoking cessation, weight management) , marriage/
family, reproductive/pregnancy (e.g., infertility, viability/genetic concerns, loss of life), life stage concerns (e.g., menopause, empty nest, being a new mother), addiction, and identity or personal discovery. Dr. Schwartzberg also provides psychological testing and substance abuse evaluations services.
